We’ve gathered a small but mighty team of instructors and guides, each chosen for their unique talents, warm spirit, and deep passion for the outdoors. With a twinkle in their eyes and muddy boots on their feet, they make learning feel like play, and every challenge an opportunity for wonder.
Behind the scenes, one of our dedicated instructors also steers the ship — managing operations while leading adventures in the wild. If you don’t hear from us right away, it likely means he's out in the woods helping someone light their first fire, ride a rugged trail, or gaze up at the stars. Thank you for your patience — he’ll be in touch as soon as he returns from the trees.
We also work with a talented group of freelance instructors, who bring fresh energy and expertise when needed. This flexible approach lets us offer a rich variety of experiences tailored to different interests, ages, and skill levels.
Adventure should always feel safe and supported. That’s why our Health & Safety Consultant — who also co-administers AdventureNess — ensures every experience meets the highest standards of care.
